The Knowledge Assessment Program provides an unbiased, automated certification system catered to your company’s fields of expertise. Each question is ranked on a difficulty scale of (1 - 4) and can optionally be accompanied by a real-life, practical test administered by an on-site specialist.
Manage Employee Certifications
Employers can create a free account to manage test tokens for their organization and see company-wide skill reports. Company users can also create new accounts for employees and export report data.
Take Online Exams with Test Tokens
KAP test tokens can be purchased by companies or individual accounts. Each token can be redeemed for a single online certification. Redeeming a token immediately starts a 15-minute timed exam, and your certificate is immediately generated upon test completion.
KAP test tokens are $49.98 each and can be purchased by creating a free account at legacykap.com.
Purchase Online Exams for Employees
Companies can manage all of their tokens from a single page. Tokens can be assigned to any employee prior to being redeemed—tokens that have been redeemed are locked for historical purposes and cannot be edited or reassigned.
Third-Party Employee Certifications
We automatically generate a PDF certificate every time an exam is scored. Each document is assigned a unique certificate ID number so that authenticity can be verified with AEH Legacy for life.
Our certificates provide tangible proof that your employee’s level of knowledge has been verified by an unbiased, third-party organization.
Universal Test Scoring for Employee Comparisons
All certificates include a detailed mathematical explanation of the final level placement printed on the back side. All AEH certificates are scored on a universal level placement of (1 -4). Level 1 scores indicate a limited level of knowledge in that particular subject while a Level 4 level score indicates expert level knowledge.
Track Employee Certifications
Companies can see the certificates for all KAP users that are currently listed as their employees. Removing an account from your employee list remove’s that employee’s certificates and KAP scores from your company Reports page.
Employee Skill Level Reports
Our built-in reports show your company’s skill level in real-time. Company users can see the average scores for their entire organization or individual employees. The KAP score is the universal score that only factors in the online exams. Your company score can be customized to factor in practical exams for weighted scoring.
